BOOKING POLICY:

Bookings close 1.5 hours before session start time.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

FOR ALL REGULAR SERVICES

 

RESCHEDULING

A session may be rescheduled at any time up to 24 hours prior to session start time. (Please do so as soon as you know, in order to allow others the opportunity of booking that session time.)

- If session must be rescheduled on day of, please give me a call, (818-900-4095) at least 3 hours prior to session start time, to reschedule for a later time or date

 

NO RESCHEDULING

No rescheduling will be honored within 3 hours of session start time. Client agrees session fee in this case is considered forfeited.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you must cancel, please do so as soon as you know, to allow someone else the booking opportunity.

 

FULL REFUND

Full refund will be given if session is cancelled up to 2 days prior to scheduled session time.

 

REFUND minus Admin Fee

Refund minus a 50% Administration Fee will be issued if cancellation occurs on day of scheduled session. (Client may want to reschedule session instead). Rescheduling may be made only one time.

 

NO REFUND: will be issued if session is cancelled within 3 hours of service start time. 

FOR "MY WEEKEND WINE DOWN" EVENT ONLY 

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you must cancel, please do so as soon as possible in order to allow space for other interested parties.

 

Cancellations incur a $50 administration fee and can be made up to 31 days prior to event date. Any cancellation within 30 days of event day will incur a $100 administration fee and the remaining funds will be stored as credit to purchaser for a future "My Weekend Wine Down" or "Alafia by Remi" event. 

 

FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP PLANS
 

 

REFUND: 
* Due to the nature of this service, no refund will be issued once first session has been utilized.


** Client may cancel membership plan for full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, if service has not yet been used.


*** Client may cancel membership plan up to 14 calendar days of purchase with a $100.00 administration fee accessed at time of cancellation.


**** Service clock begins after 14 calendar days of purchase and no further refund will be issued.


***** Sessions must be booked for 12 consecutive weeks, but may be booked more than once a week if desired. Unused sessions do not carry/roll over.


****** Membership plan may be fully transferred, by original purchaser, to another party ONLY ONCE and only if services used before transfer does not exceed one session.

TRANSFERRING 1-SESSION MONTHLY 


*If you do not wish to utilize your massage session for a certain week, you are free to gift it to another party.


Simply:
1. Send me a message with First and Last name of recipient.


2. In message, include week you are relinquishing as a gift.


3. Inform recipient to book his/her massage session for the week relinquished.

*Massage session MUST be scheduled for the week original TAM-PLATINUM Member is forfeiting.

 
*Session may not be rescheduled.


*Session may not be transferred from recipient to yet another recipient.


*No monetary value applies.
